Automation

Write rules in plain English.

Noted parses your rules and fires them automatically when matching captures land in your vault.

When I capture a tech contact,
slack me to connect on LinkedIn.
When I capture a receipt over $50,
create an expense reminder.
When I capture a medication,
set a daily dose reminder at 8am.
When I capture a book page,
remind me to review it in 7 days.
How it works

Three steps. No friction.

Open the camera, point, snap. Noted handles the rest.

01
📷

Capture

Snap business cards, receipts, prescriptions, whiteboards, or book pages. Or share into Noted from Photos.

02

Classify

Anthropic Claude reads the image and sorts it into one of 10 buckets, extracting every useful field — names, dates, prices, dosages. OpenAI embeddings index it for vault search.

03

Act

One tap to add to Contacts, set a reminder, file an expense, save to Calendar — or fire your own automations.

Ten buckets

Everything has a place.

Noted recognizes what matters about each capture and treats it accordingly.

Your vault. Your data.

Noted keeps your captures in your own account. We don't sell your data, train on your photos, or share them with third parties. Classifications run through Anthropic Claude; vault search runs through OpenAI embeddings. All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Export or delete everything at any time.

Terms of Use

Last updated: May 20, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Noted iOS application and notedai.io website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by FoundryNet Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Noted. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at foundrynet@proton.me if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions

  • Free trial: 7 days, free. You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • Price after trial: $39.99 per year ($3.33/mo billed annually — save 33% vs. monthly) or $9.99 per month. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars; local currency equivalents and taxes may apply per Apple's App Store pricing.
  • Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Cancel anytime: cancel from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Noted on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to Pro features until then.
  • Billing: all payments are processed by Apple via your App Store account. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
  • Refunds: refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.

How we handle your data

Your captures (photos, voice notes, and the structured fields extracted from them) are stored in our hosted database (Supabase) and tied to your account. Captures are private to you — we don't share them with other users or sell them to third parties.

To classify a capture, we send the image or transcript to AI providers (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI) on a request basis. These providers process the content per their published policies and do not train on our API traffic. We don't include your account identity in those requests.

We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We don't share your captures with anyone outside the infrastructure required to operate the Service (cloud storage, AI classification, payment processing).

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen inside the Noted iOS app (tap Delete account and all data). Deletion is permanent: your captures, images, embeddings, and account record are removed from our database. If you'd prefer we delete it for you, email foundrynet@proton.me from the address associated with your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to capture or store content that violates law or infringes the rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app, or interfere with the Service's operation.
  • Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or replicate the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service.

Intellectual property

The Noted app, branding, and underlying software are owned by FoundryNet Labs. You retain ownership of the content you capture.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Classification is performed by AI models and may be incorrect or incomplete. Don't rely on Noted for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoundryNet Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app and your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
